Two Days To Go!!!!!
Well its all getting major exciting now!!! Been trying to pack my backpack so I am happy with it and its harder than I thought!
Had a fantastic weekend. Michelle and Pauls wedding on Friday was beautiful and was a wonderful night, good weather too. Then we had a big family lunch on Saturday which was also really nice, haven't done that sort of thing in such a long time and it seems a bit different now with all the babies!! The lunch was good and then we had the usual round of photographs taken of all the cousins etc. I really enjoyed seeing everyone.
Yesterday we had a nice walk, in the sunshine again!!, and then we had a BBQ which was great. So now I just have a meal out with the grandparents to say goodbye to them and then its just time to get everything properly prepared.
I am so excited and can't wait to get on that plane. I hope I haven't forgotton to get anything - I've probably got too much!!! Oh well, next time I write on this I will be half way across the world. Take care everyone - will miss you all. Although will hopefully be having too much fun to dwell on that fact!!

My parents will be ok once I have left, I hope, hankies may be handy tho. Its been really sunny down here as well, gone a bit red!

Think I've missed you but hope the flight, etc went ok. You'll have a blast over here. I'm in Penang now and will be here a while I think. It's really hot! Had a cool electrical storm last night too.
Keep me up to date on yer travels and let me know when you're here so that we can go for a drink or something.

Yeah, flight was actually quite enjoyable, slept a bit. Actually got supper so Dad was right!!! So ended up eating loads.
Haven't had a chance to check my messages yet Maur but will try tomorrow, when I update blog also.

Hi Dawn - So glad you arrived safely. You've only been gone a few days and seem to have done loads. Be safe and enjoy. Love the floating market. I think I would like to do a trip like this!
